Pre-cleaning and Cleaning

 

The Pre-Cleaning Silomax machine is an indispensable equipment for every unit receiving grains, designed to work as a pre-cleaning products such as soy, wheat, beans, rice, corn and others, it allows the separation of impurities inside.

 

Separation by weight is performed through a dimmable airflow generated by an exhaust fan which operates at input and product output on the machine, collecting lighter impurities

(Bark, straw, edges, dust), leading them to an internal gravitational chamber where the first decantation occurs, going then to the external cyclone.

 

The size separation is performed by a set of sieves where smaller the greater the product as impurities are forwarded to the side spouts to separate bagging.

 

Simple, robust, all-metal construction, the machine was developed with material from first line to operation of tranquility and longer equipment life.
