Picker Spiral

 

Designed to complete the cleaning of the soybean seed during its processing voids separating the grains, elongated, semi-grain, seeds and green malformed. All metal construction equipment, formed by spiral modules uses centrifugal force and gravity to carry out the separation of the seeds.

 

The discharge may be performed by a metal box, connecting the spiral separator with the other device, or a conveyor belt. The residue can be collected by pipeline or twin screw conveyor, the spiral separator is a modular equipment, and can be composed of 8 to 32 machines, according to project needs.
